Responsibilities
Build and maintain a production fullstack TypeScript codebase
Develop frontend features and backend APIs end-to-end
Design and evolve application architecture as requirements and scale increase
Collaborate closely with product and AI teams
Take ownership of features from concept through production
Requirements
Strong experience with TypeScript
Solid production experience with React
Experience using tRPC
familiar with Tailwind CSS
Comfortable with TanStack/React Query
Experience with modern TypeScript ORMs such as Drizzle or Prisma
Experience with modern frameworks like Next.js, Remix, or React Router
Fluent in English
Nice to have
Experience working with ai-sdk
Experience with realtime technologies
German at C2 level

We are a fast-growing AI startup based in Vienna, building LISA, an AI product for the automotive industry. This role focuses primarily on integrating LISA into existing on-premise customer environments, including legacy systems and telephony infrastructure. You will work directly with real customer setups, often outside of clean cloud APIs, and play a key role in making LISA work reliably in production across Austria. The role is hands-on and practical. We offer competitive market compensation, bonuses tied to company and product milestones, and are open to above-market compensation for highly relevant experience.
Responsibilities
Integrate LISA with existing on-premise systems, including legacy CRMs and DMS solutions
Implement and maintain telephony integrations (e.g. 3CX and similar call systems)
Install, configure, and support on-premise software at customer locations in Austria
Work closely with product and AI teams to adapt LISA to real-world customer environments
Own integrations from initial setup through ongoing operation and maintenance
Requirements
Some experience in Python and/or Typescript
Strong experience with (legacy and modern) database systems
Proven experience integrating with legacy and on-premise systems
Some experience with telephony or call systems
Willingness to travel within Austria for on-site installations
Valid driver’s license
German C1–C2 and fluent English
Nice to have
Experience with Twilio or similar telephony platforms
Experience integrating CRM or ERP-style systems without easy API access
Experience operating software in restricted or customer-controlled environments
Big plus
Experience building realtime AI software, especially AI voice agents
Deep experience with legacy DMS systems such as CROSS, Betzemeier, or Incadea
Long-term experience maintaining custom enterprise integrations
