Our service is offered on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
0cred does not condone or encourage the breaking of any Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) or similar confidentiality agreements. Our platform provides tools to verify and publish work. How users utilize these tools is entirely their responsibility.
0cred and adlerlagune OG are not liable in any way, shape, or form for any legal, financial, or contractual consequences arising from user behavior. We do not monitor or verify whether user content violates NDAs, confidentiality clauses, employment contracts, client agreements, trade secret protections, or any other legally binding document. Users act entirely on their own and accept all risk.
We do not investigate or police user content. It is solely up to the user to ensure they are not violating any agreements or laws. 0cred does not take responsibility for any user's breach of contract or confidentiality. Users are fully on their own.
If we spot legal name mismatches or impersonation of individuals who are not public figures or content creators, the account may be terminated. 0cred is intended only for verified members.
The following actions will result in immediate termination of your account with no refund:
Verifying NSFW sites is permitted, but uploading NSFW assets is not.
Any willful disruption of service, including but not limited to DDoS attacks or other attempts to interfere with or damage the platform, may result in account termination without refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover damages.
We respect the rights of companies and individuals to control their information. If you believe that job postings from your company have been reposted on 0cred without authorization, please contact us at . We will promptly review your request and take appropriate action to remove unauthorized content after verification of your claim.
We collect and repost job listings under fair use principles, and always include a link to the original job posting. This practice helps connect qualified candidates with opportunities while maintaining attribution to the original source. Please contact us if you would like to remove a job listing. We will remove the job listing immediately.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may also terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
